If you have mastered the basics of Karton-N, you may wish to challenge more advanced techniques such as
1. Practicing bringing back the anterior flaps that escape by deliberately
making the diameter of CCC larger than usual.
2. Producing a modified CCC for the scar of anterior capsule.
3. Attempting a "Temporal Approach."
4. Practicing PEA with the hand less skillful than the other.
5. Challenging a higher level nucleus treatment by producing a 5-degree
hard nucleus.
6. Etc...
For those doctors who are in a position to instruct, you may wish to
1. Perform demonstrations for your students.
2. Use a Karton nucleus to test a new device for operations and/or use
it for
acquiring new techniques on it.
3. Deliberately rupture the posterior capsule and convert it into ECCE.
4. Practice treating nucleus fragments with a vitreous cutter.
5. Review that old, but inevitable "ECCE Training."
Although it might be difficult to use it
for "ICCE Training," we believe that Karton nuclei will contribute
to provide you with various training grounds with more of your splendid
ideas.
Bon Voyage!
